UNU will join Yonsei and Gyeongsang national universities in a network that will also include regional organizations such as Tongyong City's environment movement association and various city schools. The announcement was made at a ceremony attended by UNU Rector Hans Van Ginkel, Chung Chang-young, president of Yonsei University, and Cho Mu-je, president of Gyeongsang National University.
