International union of nutritional sciences (IUNS) officers and committees

At the XIIth International Congress of Nutrition, held in San Diego, California, USA, 16-21 August, 1981, seven additional countries were accepted for membership in the IUNS for a total of 5û, and new officers were elected. Because of the large numbers of individuals involved, considerable time is required to reconstitute the commissions and committees. The following list indicates the new committee memberships in hearly final form. When a few additional names are confirmed, the new IUNS Directory will be published with the addresses of all those fisted and can be obtained from the Secretary General, Miss Dorothy Hollingsworth:
