Instructions for viewing documents

In order to ensure that you receive the most accurate printed representation of the papers emanating out of this public forum, we have provided them in PDF format (viewable using the free Adobe's Acrobat Reader). Adobe's PDF format enables documents to be viewed and printed just as the original documents were published.

If you already have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, when you click on the link to a particular authors paper Adobe Acrobat will automatically load with the authors paper in PDF format.

In order to ensure the best printing results, we recommend that after you click on the PDF link, you the print the document for easier reading, using the print menu of the Adobe Acrobat Reader and not your WEB browser.

If your web browser is unable to view PDF documents, ensure that you are using a recent (3.0) version of Microsoft or Netscape's WEB browser and download the free PDF viewer from Adobe.

If you are still unable to view PDF format documents most of them are also provided in standard HTML format. The papers written by the participants are not provided in HTML format.
