Ayuko Fujikawa supports the ESD programme with her enthusiastic interest in environmental issues and sustainable development. She completed her Master of Environmental Management degree in 2005 at the University of Tasmania, Australia. Her masters' study investigated the effectiveness of forest certification and standards in line with sustainable forest management. She has extensive administrative and secretarial experience in many organizations including Australian and Japanese NGOs, the US Military, and Japanese private companies.
