Dr. Jerry Velasquez
Dr. Jerry Velasquez has been the Programme Coordinator of GEIC since mid 1998. Before moving to GEIC, he has worked for the UNU Environment Programme and the United Nations Centre for Regional Development. He received his graduate degrees from Nagoya University in Japan. He is currently working on Environmental Governance, and Environmental Information issues.
He's research interest is, Environmental Governance, Hydrology, Disaster Management, and Information Technology and the Internet
