Use of stable isotope technique for quantifying total body water and body composition in older retired men of Dakar, Senegal.
Use of Fourier Transformed Infrared Spectroscopy for measuring deuterium enrichments in saliva samples.
Energy expenditure of Senegalese retired men by isotopic dilution method using Mass Spectrometer and physical activity of older men in Senegal
Risk factors of chronic deseases (Hypertension, cardiovascular deseases, diabetes).
Feeding of olders subjects (Food frequency questionnary and 24h dietary recall).
