• Improving child nutrition in Marachi Central Location, Kenya. A trend study on the status of malnutrition among the under fives. A collaborative research funded by Rockerfeller foundation 2000-2002.
• The Nutrition and Health challenges faced by Older Women who are caregivers to AIDS orphans in Busia district, Western Kenya. Funded by Moi University Research Awards Scheme 2003.
